Insurances we accept include the following: Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, DenteMax, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Metlife, Principal, United Concordia, and United Healthcare. We accept and are in network with most PPO dental plans and several Medicare plans. Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept Medicaid, HMO, DMHO, or managed group dental plans.
